Drew Ferraro has been in the NYC energy compliance industry since 2016 and started by managing LL87 energy audit projects, and LL84 benchmarking submissions. Since that time, he has overseen thousands of benchmarking submissions each year for NYC, as well as on a National Scale for other cities including Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles.
