Local Law 88: Lighting Upgrades & Sub-metering

Lighting Retrofits and Sub-metering requires building owners in all non-residential spaces to meet the current Energy Code by upgrading lighting, and provide electric sub-meters of electrical consumption for each commercial tenants of 10,000 square feet or more by January 1, 2025 and provide tenants with monthly electricity consumption statements
